The investment company Solid Financial Services Ltd., holder of licence No CIF 065/06, issued on23 May 2006 by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, is the administrator of Solid Capital Fund, a private fund of collective investments.
Solid Financial Services Ltd. provides the following services:
The new approach to trust management is based on the three-level system of risk and capital management:
First option - Solid Capital Fund
(Registered by the Central Bank of Cyprus on 26.07.07, registration number IBFSS/ICIS 45/41980)
The strategic investment policy of the fund based on transaction with:
- Shares and Bonds;
- Derivatives;
- Commodity Futures and Options.
- Strategy allows to the fund manager use all modern tools of risk management inorder to secure maximum profit level for the fund at whole available worldtrading platforms / boards.
The fund is the biggest operator in Russia in the market of gold, oil and silver commodity futures/market.
IRR of the fund aimed up to 20% annually.
Value of the fund’s net assets (shares) nominated in US Dollars

Entering barrier to the fund equal – 50.000 USD;

Additional contribution of capital – 10.000 USD or more;

Entering and Leaving conditions is free of charge on a monthly basis – on the first working day of every month;
The evaluation of the fund’s shares is made on the last trading day of the month. The holder of shares has the right to request the redemption of all or part of the shares every month, based on the current estimation of the assets.
The stakeholder receives final annual report certified by an auditor. Report consists of:
- all changes in the value of net assets;
- all transactions of the fund;
- current re-estimated value of the net assets on a monthly basis.
Second option - Expert System
The main principles of the risk and the capital management as following:
- 80% of the fund invested into the three blue chip or bond (client choice), listed at MICEX, that represent highest liquidity at the given moment;
- 20% of the fund invested into the FORTS (Futures and Options RTS) market;
Usage of the derivative partition allows to profit from a declining market, and secure return on investment two times more than MICEX Index.
Third option – High Risk – High Return
The strategy based on speculative dealings in all instruments around the globe:
- Futures on MICEX (Russia)
- Futures and options on RTS (Russia)
- Futures and Options at European, American markets
- Commodity futures and international blue chips.
